Log into your MOONSTAR account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
